Welcome to ClarioBilan, a service for creating and analyzing balances at clariobilan.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

2. Scope of Services

ClarioBilan provides three categories of offerings:

• Service Engagements: Professional balance creation and analysis services delivered by our team.
• Digital Products: Downloadable guides, templates, and reports designed to support balance tracking.
• Physical Goods: Printed workbooks and related materials shipped to your address.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are listed on clariobilan.com and are payable in advance. Payment methods include credit card processing and bank transfer. Service start dates are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Service Engagements

• Cancellation prior to commencement: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• Transfer option: You may request to transfer your booking to a future date at no extra charge, subject to availability.
• After service commencement: Due to the personalized nature of the engagement, no refunds are available once work has begun. This restriction helps us maintain quality and resource allocation.

4.2 Digital Products

• Downloadable items: All sales are final once the file has been downloaded. No refunds are provided after download, as digital content cannot be returned.
• Previews: Please review available previews before purchase. If a download fails due to technical reasons, please reach out to our support team within seven days for replacement access.

4.3 Physical Goods

• Returns: Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refund method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Exchange or transfer: You may opt for an exchange or store credit valid for six months, applied toward any ClarioBilan offering.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund, transfer, or exchange, please submit your request via our contact form. Include your order number and details of your request. Our team will respond within 3 business days.

6. No-Refund Exceptions

Custom reports, one-on-one coaching packages, and any service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds due to the bespoke nature of the work involved. This ensures fairness and clarity for both parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our offerings after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
